Beta: Monday 20 July, 2026 Full Client Release: Mon 27 & Tue 28 July, 2026
🎉 What’s new in Release v233?
This a big release: a completely rebuilt queue system, rolling out client by client. Alongside it, we've made signing in easier, added a new way to lock down content using passwords, and opened up more visitor data to the tools you already use.
🚦 A completely rebuilt queue, rolling out client by client

What changed?
- Queue traffic now runs on its own dedicated servers, separate from your website.
- Your website only has to handle actual visitors, not queue traffic.
- Brand new queue module with optimised presets – no more setting capacity numbers yourself.
How do I use it?
- Rolling out client by client – we'll let you know when it's live on your website.
- If you have any onsales in the near future and you want the new queue to be available, please reach out to our support team.
- Once live, it automatically replaces the existing queue module.
🤓 Note: Next up – automatic flow-rate adjustments based on the performance of your website, plus scheduling tools to trigger onsale modes and waiting rooms automatically, no monitoring or manual input needed from you.
🔒 Password-protect any page, no visitor accounts needed
What changed?
- New page part with a password field lets you hide content behind a simple password, using visitor tags to manage access.
- Visitors don't need an account or be logged in to see the content.
- Once entered, the content stays unlocked for that visitor's browser session.

How do I use it?
- Set a password to any Visitor tag.
- Add the new Visitor tag via password part to any page with content you want to hide.
- Use that Visitor tag in the Advanced visibility setting of any page or page part, so only visitors who know the password can see it.
Thank you to our Community members Berkeley Rep, Calgary Opera, Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, Curious Minds, De Kom, Leeds Ticket Hub part of LAEV and Theatre Royal & Royal Concert Hall for suggesting this powerful feature.

📊 New CRM endpoints, so your partners see more of the picture
What changed?
- The CultureSuite REST API now offers new endpoints for visitor accounts, purchases (orders and tickets), and subscriptions (opt-ins and mailing lists).
- Because these endpoints contain personal data, they come with an extra layer of security – existing API partners won't get access automatically.
How do I use it?
- Create a new API key and configure which of the restricted resources it can reach.
🔍 Tricky show titles are now easier to find
What changed?
- Search used to strip out common words, which made titles like "How Late?" hard to find – this has now been fixed.
- New content is indexed faster, so it shows up in search sooner after you publish it.
How do I use it?
- No action needed. These improvements are already live.
📱 Fewer unnecessary texts during ticket verification
What changed?
- A resend button for SMS verification now only appears after 60 seconds.
- The SMS verification form stays hidden until e-tickets are available, then appears automatically closer to the event.
How do I use it?
- No action needed. This runs automatically for anyone using SMS verification.
📃 Clearer optional fields on account forms
What changed?
- Optional fields on forms are now clearly marked, so visitors know what's required and what isn't.
How do I use it?
- No action needed. This improvement is already live.
⚙️ Behind the scenes: the new CMS keeps growing
What changed?
- Menu items now hide automatically if the page or theme group they link to is deleted – no more 404s.
- Date and time pickers now use one consistent format (yyyy-mm-dd) across the CMS.
- More modules have moved to the new CMS:
- Mollie connect
- Statuses
- Privileges
- Event updaters (in Beta).
- Plenty of smaller UI corrections throughout.
How do I use it?
- No action needed. The update is rolled out to everyone who uses these modules.
🎉 Bye bye Peppered, hello CultureSuite
What changed?
- As previously announced, Peppered is now CultureSuite CMS.
- You'll see the new name and logo across the CMS: the login page, CMS emails, "CMS users" (formerly "Dashboard users"), the "Powered by CultureSuite" footer credit, and the access pop-up.
How do I use it?
- No action needed. These are visual changes only.
For Tixly venues
